Claudia Melo is an associate consultant at Corall. A leader in technology, with executive experience and global leadership of high-performing agile teams. More than 20 years of experience in developing modern digital solutions in the Financial, Media, Education, Government, and International Organizations sectors.

She was the Director of Engineering and Organizational Design at Loft, an Enterprise Agile Coach at the UN (Vienna), and CTO of ThoughtWorks for Latin America, where she was also Global Head of Tech Learning and a Member of the Technology Advisory Board. Since 2016, she has been working in ICT for Sustainability, aligned with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

She received her Ph.D. in Computer Science (Agile Team Productivity) from the University of São Paulo (USP), in collaboration with the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). In 2015, she received the USP Thesis Highlight Award and, in 2016, was cited as “Inspirational Women” by Think Olga in Brazil.

She is also a member of the Computer Science Advisory Board at Insper and a Tech Fellow at École 42 in Brazil. She has been a postgraduate coordinator and professor in programs at USP, UnB, Senac-SP, and UCB.
