Partner and Consultant
Erica Isomura is a partner at Corall, a Consultant and Systemic Coach with more than 15 years of experience in strategy and management with people, and a specialist in human and organizational development, cultural change, development of leadership and teams. She works with the implementation and co-creation of alternative management models, such as: horizontal companies without bosses, which are self-managed in networks and in flats within technological and creative contexts.
During the past five years, she has been focused on studying and implementing shared and collaborative management systems, presenting alternatives for social interactions in organizations with open feedback, ongoing climate surveys, evaluation of participative perception, ongoing collection of social data and decision-making in networks.
She is a PhD candidate in Social Psychology at Universidad John F. Kennedy, and has a specialization in strategy and personnel management from Fundaçāo Getúlio Vargas, Psychology, Executive & Professional Coach Certified by the Behavioral Coaching Institute and International Coaching Council, QUEST Group Facilitator and mentoring from CAC – Center for Advanced Coaching and Systemic Constellation from Instituto Koziner. University professor and researcher in the areas of organizational spirituality and of future work relations.
