Gláucia Calza (Gláu)

Gláucia Calza is a psychologist, currently completing her Post-Graduation in Systemic Psychology at Unifesp, and has an MBA in Business Management from FGV, and an MBA in People Management from Univem. She is an Executive Coach certified by SBC and has shared her knowledge as a professor in FGV’s Post ADM program in the People Management module. Throughout her career, she has worked on the professionalization of family businesses, the development of executives and leaders, and people management, using systemic, positive, and cognitive psychology approaches.

A mother, she is passionate about the benefits and growth that motherhood has brought to her vision and business application. She believes in the creative ability of people to reinvent themselves from human relationships, which in turn potentiate any and all results within and outside of organizations.
