We perform our work through transformation and culture processes, strengthening communication and its flows through the organization, generating greater clarity regarding the current situation and supporting evolution towards a more powerful future. Mapping
Recognizing where we are is essential to consciously move on to a new place. Corall offers consistent and in-depth mapping of how your organization is today; how the networks, flows and obstacles operate, and finally, how we recognize and honor the current system to support evolution to a new status, one that is more powerful and more aligned with new objectives and strategies.

Mindset and Heartset
We examine how mental patterns work, as well as the emotional connections and states in each organization, since we understand that these are central elements in transformation and evolution. We act in the release of these stagnated patterns to energize and engage in a new way of operating.

Coaching and Mentoring We offer individualized accompaniment and in-depth study designed to better understand the difficulties, obstacles and challenges faced, helping each individual unlock and access their full potential, strengths and life movement, both professional and personal. We support leaders and professionals during decisive and challenging moments.
Organizational Design We promote an operational system that includes governance, organizational structure, core processes and policies that are coherent with the company purpose. Culture and strategy are essential to give rhythm and energy to the movement of transformation and evolution of organizations. In partnership with our clients, together we create and redesign the operational system of organizations to operate in a way that is coherent and connected with the strategy, culture and purpose of the company. To achieve this goal, we use an open and adaptive model of value generation for all stakeholders, with a fluid and adaptive organizational structure that constantly rebalances the autonomy and interdependence between areas and businesses, in order to promote enhanced performance, using the most recent scientific discoveries on engagement and recognition.
