Marcio Svartman

Marcio Svartman is a partner at Corall and a consultant with nearly 20 years of experience.

As a researcher in human relations and work, he focuses on building fluid organizations, specializing in change processes, organizational redesign, leadership, and organizational culture.

He is the author of the books “Você Pra Mim é Problema Seu!” (You’re a Problem to Me, That’s Your Problem!), “Caminhos Para Uma Psicanálise Organizacional” (Paths to an Organizational Psychoanalysis), and “A Encruzilhada, O Despertar do Líder Imortal” (The Crossroads, The Awakening of the Immortal Leader). Marcio is a member of the Institute of Noetic Sciences and a founding director and advisor of the Instituto Fazendo História.

He holds degrees in Business Administration and Communication and Marketing, a postgraduate degree in Group Psychoanalysis, and a Master’s in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Constellations and Systemic Visualization. He was a director at Grupo Inner, founder and Director of Elos Comunicação, and Satyawork Organizational Development.

For four years, he led the counter-terrorism division of the Jewish Federation of the State of São Paulo, where he was also a Counselor and Presidential Advisor.

A teacher in the ancient art of Budokan Jiu-Jitsu, a Master in Aikido, and an acupuncturist, Marcio leads the Satya Dojo, a space for study and practice of growth, healing, and strengthening through Aikido, Meditation, and the study of ancient wisdom.
