Alessandra Almeida

Partner and Consultant

Alessandra Almeida is a partner at Corall with experience in transformation processes, involving consulting and coaching, with a generative and integrated approach. Interested in movements that contribute to unleashing potential and evolution of awareness, she adopts an approach that reconciles the most recent discoveries of science with ancient knowledge.

Over the course of 20 years of consulting experience, she developed projects at companies in a wide variety of industries, supporting the implementation of integrated management systems, aligned with the company culture and purpose, as well as projects to strengthen teams and coaching.

She holds a degree in Business from Universidade Mackenzie, with specializations in Human Resources and Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Biopsychology from Instituto Visão Futuro, Coaching and Generative Trance from the International Association for Generative Change, Organizational Constellation with Cornélia Bonenkamp and Culture Assessment from the Barrett Values Centre. She is also trained as an Instructor in: Hatha Yoga by Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisas de Yoga, Tantra Yoga by Instituto Visão Futuro and Chi Kung by Associação Brasileira de Tai Chi Chuan.

Alessandro Gruber

Partner and Consultant

Alessandro is a partner at Corall and consultant with more than 10 years of experience. He has a special interest in discovering different methodologies and conducting interventions to deal with the unknown and with complexity, unleashing potential and talents already existing within people and organizations.

This facilitator and student of the processes of organizational transformation, innovation and unleashing potential has participated in development and training programs, such as: Science and Practice of Uncertainty, HSD; The Creative Rollercoaster, Now-Here; Generative Dialogues, Dora Schnitman and Generative Coaching, Stephen Gilligan.

He holds a Business degree and a specialization in Human Resource Management from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), and has worked at companies in the financial, food and pharmaceutical industries.

At the latter, he was in charge of areas and projects related to organizational transformation, development of leadership, innovation and design, models of performance management and feedback, etc.

Angélica Moretti

Partner and Consultant

Angélica Moretti is a partner at Corall, and a consultant specialized in transformation processes and organizational change, with more than 25 years of experience. She is a Trainer in Systemic Psychology and Thought and in Organizational and Family Constellations, in addition to holding a specialization in crisis management from the International Traumatology Institute – University of South Florida, and is an instructor certified by the same institute.

Moretti is also a certified trainer of the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF). She holds a specialization in therapy art and Eriksonian hypnotherapy, as well as in other innovative techniques such as EMDR, TFT, TAT and TIR. She is also a coordinator for Brazil of the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP).

She has a degree in psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP). She has worked in organizational change processes, team building, development of leadership and coaching. She is also an entrepreneur at Vih!, a “tasty with benefits” food company.

Artur Tacla

Partner and Consultant

Artur Tacla is a partner at Corall and a consult and specialized in transformational processes and organizational change, with more than 25 years of experience. He is a Trainer in Systemic Psychology and Thought and in Organizational and Family Constellations, in addition to holding a specialization in crisis management from the International Traumatology Institute – University of South Florida, and is an instructor certified by the same institute.

He is also a certified trainer of the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF), master-trainer in Neurolinguistics Programming and Timeline Therapy. He holds a specialization in hypnotherapy and Eriksonian hypnotherapy, and training in a variety of innovative techniques, such as EMDR, TFT, TAT and BSFF. In addition, he is a Board Member of the Brazilian Institute of Conscious Capitalism.

Tacla holds a degree in psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP). He has worked on processes of organizational change, team-building, development of leadership, and coaching.

Erica Isomura

Partner and Consultant

Erica Isomura is a partner at Corall, a Consultant and Systemic Coach with more than 15 years of experience in strategy and management with people, and a specialist in human and organizational development, cultural change, development of leadership and teams. She works with the implementation and co-creation of alternative management models, such as: horizontal companies without bosses, which are self-managed in networks and in flats within technological and creative contexts.

During the past five years, she has been focused on studying and implementing shared and collaborative management systems, presenting alternatives for social interactions in organizations with open feedback, ongoing climate surveys, evaluation of participative perception, ongoing collection of social data and decision-making in networks.

She is a PhD candidate in Social Psychology at Universidad John F. Kennedy, and has a specialization in strategy and personnel management from Fundaçāo Getúlio Vargas, Psychology, Executive & Professional Coach Certified by the Behavioral Coaching Institute and International Coaching Council, QUEST Group Facilitator and mentoring from CAC – Center for Advanced Coaching and Systemic Constellation from Instituto Koziner. University professor and researcher in the areas of organizational spirituality and of future work relations.

Fabio Betti

Fabio Betti is a partner at Corall Consultoria and a founding partner of Corall Comm, with more than 25 years of experience in the area of organizational communication.

He works in the area of Leadership Communication, Communication in Networks, Culture and Innovation in co–design and implementation of organizational transformation projects.

A mentor in communication and entrepreneurship and guest professor at institutions such as ABERJE, Fundação Dom Cabral and FIAP, he is the co-author of the books “Ensaios sobre Comunicação com Empregados” (Essays on Communication with Employees), published in 2015 by Fundação Cásper Líbero, and “Diálogos com CEOS, Conversas que Transformam” (Dialogues with CEOs, Conversations that Transform), published in 2017 by Corall. He also works as a regular journalist on the ABERJE site and the blog Gestão Fora da Caixa of the Exame magazine portal.

José Luiz Weiss

Partner and Consultant

José Luiz Weiss is a partner at Corall, a consultant and speaker with 15 years of experience. He is specialized in organizational transformation, management of people and culture, and the development of conscious leaders.

Certified as a coach (Erickson College), organizational constellation (Infosyon) and a facilitator of experiences in nature (Way of Nature), he participated in specialization programs in human resource strategy at INSEAD, Universidade de Michigan and at the Institute of Professor David Ulrich (RBL).

Weiss has a bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, with a master’s in Environmental Engineering, both from the University of California at Berkeley. He worked as the Human Resources Director for Brazil and Latin America at Coca-Cola Femsa, Johnson & Johnson, and Syngenta. He was also the President of the Strategic Personnel Management Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in São Paulo.

Marcelo Ribeiro

Marcelo is a partner at Corall, an ontological coach and consultant with more than 15 years of experience in leading teams and in local and regional functions of personnel management, with a specialization in leadership development, remuneration, career management and performance, engagement and diversity. In 2014, he obtained certification in Ontological Coaching in Santiago, Chile from Newfield Network. He worked at Mercer HR Consulting, a global management consulting firm, as a Senior Compensation Consultant and in Talent Management.

Marcio Svartman

Marcio Svartman is a partner at Corall and a consultant with almost 20 years of experience.

A researcher in the area of human and labor relations, his attention is focused on building fluid organizations, with an emphasis on processes of change, organizational redesign, leadership and organizational culture.

p>Author of the books “Você Pra Mim é Problema Seu!,” (For Me, You are Your Own Problem”) “Caminhos Para Uma Psicanálise Organizacional” (Paths to Organizational Psychoanalysis) and ”A Encruzilhada, O Despertar do Líder Imortal” (The Crossroads, the Awakening of the Immortal Leader); he is a member of the Institute of Noetic Sciences and a Director and founding board member of Instituto Fazendo História.

Svartman has a degree in Business and in Communication and Marketing, a graduate degree in Group Psychoanalysis and a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Constellations and Systemic Visualization. He was a director at the Inner Group, and founder and director of Elos Comunicação and of Satyawork Desenvolvimento Organizacional. For four years he led the anti-terrorism division of the Israelite Federation of the State of São Paulo, where he also served as Board Member and Advisor to the Presidency.

Maurício Goldstein

Partner and Consultant

Mauricio Goldstein is a partner at Corall, board member, consultant, author and international speaker. He is also the co-founder of the Conscious Capitalism Institute in Brazil, having received several awards in Brazil and in Europe due to the impact of his work as a global executive, and due to his studies.

Specialized in innovative organization models, organizational and cultural transformation, mergers and acquisitions, he is the author of the book “Novas Organizações para uma Nova Economia” (New Organizations for a New Economy) (Elsevier, 2014) and co-author of the book Games at Work: How to Recognize and Reduce Office Politics (Jossey-Bass, 2009) (in Brazil, Jogos Políticos nas Empresas, Elsevier, 2009), chosen as one of the best HR books in France in 2012.

Goldstein holds a master’s degree in Production Engineering, with graduate degrees in Organizational Development (Columbia University, USA), Organizational Constellations (Infosyon, Europe), Theory U – Master Class (Presencing Institute, USA), Brennan Healing Science (Barbara Brennan School of Healing, USA), Cultural Biology (Instituto Matríztico, Chile) and Biopsychology (Instituto Visão Futuro, Brazil). Before going into consulting, Mauricio had a successful executive career at companies such as Dow Química, Sanofi and Novartis, where he held the position of “Global Head of Organizational Transformation.”

Ney Silva

He also holds specializations in Energetic Psyche Dynamics and Organizational Constellations, and is certified by Integral Coaching Canada (ICCP1).

Silva has a degree in aeronautic mechanical engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA) and a graduate degree in Business Administration from the London Business School. He initially worked in the areas of sales, marketing, finance, and business analysis at the companies Dow Química, Unilever and Editora Abril. After earning his Master’s Degree, he decided to work in the area of Human Resources; upon his return to Brazil, he worked at Novartis Farma and was the Human Resources Director at the Gerdau, Camargo Corrêa and Natura Groups.

Vicente Gomes

Vicente Gomes is a consultant and partner at Corall, and a researcher of human organizational evolution. He is the co-founder of the Brazilian Institute of Conscious Capitalism and promoter of companies for a New Economy.

He has acted as a management and personnel consultant for more than 30 years at companies undergoing transformation and startups of the New Economy. He is a coach, mentor and conference presenter in conscious management, organizational culture, leadership, disruptive business trends and production arrangements, sustainability and psychological well-being. Recently he published the book “Liderança para uma nova economia – como as empresas estão inovando para uma gestão mais eficaz e inspiradora” (Leadership for a new economy – how companies are innovating to achieve more effective and inspiring management).

He holds a degree in aeronautic infrastructure engineering from Instituto Tecnológico da Aeronáutica (ITA) with specializations in Industrial Management (USP/Fundação Vanzolini), Bio-psychology, Tantra Yoga and Integral Sustainability (Faditu/Instituto Visão Futuro) and Organizational Constellations (Infosyon); he worked at Trevisan Consultores and in the Hay Group, business and personnel management consulting, where he worked as a consultant, global executive and partner.
