Patricia Mastelli

As a Head of IT in the Technology area, with degrees in Computer Science and Software Engineering, she has navigated through various digital platforms over 28 years, orchestrating multidisciplinary teams in Product, Project, and Complex Innovation Programs including management, training, and mentoring of leaders. In digital platforms, she has been involved in projects in industrial automation, the financial sector, retail, e-commerce, mobile systems, and the public sector (Energy, Health, Environment) involving R&D Engineering projects in an ICT and ESG. For most of her career, she has been connected with leaders at the forefront of emerging technologies in Brazil.

Her pursuit of innovation and self-knowledge led her to Yoga/Mindfulness training, which sparked an interest in other therapeutic techniques. Now as an Organizational and Family Systemic Constellator, she has been conducting workshops for five years, including volunteer work focused on supporting Mental Health during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The combination of her technical-rational and human-sensitive knowledge has led her to facilitate Organizational Workshops for Cultural-Digital Transformation and promotion of Meet-Ups involving representatives of major market players due to her network of connections.

Academically, she has taught as an assistant professor in MBAs in Innovation, IoT, and Digital Transformation at FGV and USP, and is part of the research group – Software Engineering for IoT Systems – in the Dept. of Computer and Digital Systems Engineering at POLI-USP.

Her market vision and profile have made her effective as a Headhunter for a Multinational Technology company recognized in the Cybersecurity area. Today, as a Connection Designer, she believes in a systemic and integral approach based on AFFECTION as the key to connecting people who together enhance the consciousness of organizations in evolutionary waves.
