With a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, he has been active in technology innovation and launched two startups in the market, FisioCloud in the healthtech sector and Pence.ai in hrtech/culturetech, taking on leadership roles and being part of the founding team of these startups.

He has worked with Liga Ventures in the Startup Hunters team, actively scouting startups for different sectors (B2B Services, Insurance, Automotive, Energy, Chemical) and building a unified base of B2B startups.

In parallel, he is the host of the PoliCast podcast, featuring interviews with Engineers from the Polytechnic School of USP, and a volunteer in fundraising for the NGO Abeuni.
