Shirley Stark

She holds a Postgraduate degree in Business Management and a degree in Social Communication with an emphasis on Public Relations from PUC-MG. She is a Master Coach, trained in reconstructive and transpersonal coaching at the Reconstructive International Integrative Holistic School, and has further training in NVC (Nonviolent Communication), Inner Game, Agile HR, Liberating Structures, Integral Leadership, Customer and Employee Journey, along with other integrative formations like NLP, Focusing, Thetahealing, Systemic Constellation, Journey of Self-Knowledge, mind saboteurs, and neuroscience.

She works as an integral accelerator of people and businesses, building and transforming sustainable mindset and performance through Leaderships, Relationships, People, and Cultures with an approach of self-knowledge, integrality, and systemic vision. She co-organized the Teal Brazil Festival for two consecutive years, impacting over 4000 people, numerous organizations, and initiatives with the same purpose.
