He graduated from PUC-SP and is a doctoral candidate in Professional Practice at the University of Middlesex (United Kingdom), where he developed transdisciplinary methodologies and pathways for higher education. Currently, he is a professor in the Professional Master’s in Sustainability at Fundação Getúlio Vargas and has taught postgraduate courses at ESPM, PUC-RJ, and FDC.
He has completed leadership courses at Harvard Business School, and organizational complexity at Cognitive Edge and Complexity University (India). He is currently conducting research on the development of complex mental models for organizational leadership. Additionally, he continues his practice as a psychotherapist. The interconnection of the micro and macro, personal and institutional, is his passion through which he weaves pioneering knowledge in organizational development.
