Vicente Gomes, consultant and partner at Corall, is a researcher in organizational and human evolution. He is a co-founder of the Instituto Capitalismo Consciente Brasil and a promoter of companies for a New Economy.

He has been a management and people consultant for 30 years, working with transforming companies and New Economy startups. As a coach, mentor, and speaker in conscious management, organizational culture, leadership, disruptive business trends, and productive arrangements, sustainability, and psychological well-being, he recently published the book “Leadership for a new economy – how companies are innovating for more effective and inspiring management.”

Graduated in Aeronautical Infrastructure Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico da Aeronáutica (ITA) with extensions in Industrial Administration (USP/Fundação Vanzolini), Biopsychology, Tantra Yoga, and Integral Sustainability (Faditu/Instituto Visão Futuro), and Organizational Constellations (Infosyon); he worked at Trevisan Consultores and Hay Group, a business and people management consultancy, where he served as a consultant, global executive, and partner.
