José Luiz Weiss

José Luiz is a partner at Corall, an organizational consultant, speaker, coach, creator of personal development programs, and a farmer. As a consultant, he is specialized in cultural evolution, organizational transformation, co-creation of business strategies, development of high leadership teams, and integration after mergers and acquisitions.

In his executive career of more than 20 years in multinational companies, he served as the HR Director of Coca-Cola Femsa in Brazil, HR Director of Johnson & Johnson Medical in Brazil and Latin America, and concluded his executive journey as the Vice President of Human Resources at Syngenta for Latin America.

José Luiz has a degree in Mining Engineering and completed a master’s in Environmental Engineering, both from the University of California, Berkeley. He furthered his education by participating in specialized programs in human resources strategy at INSEAD, the University of Michigan, and the RBL institute of Professor David Ulrich, and is also certified as a coach, organizational constellator, and facilitator of experiences and spiritual practices in nature.

He is one of the creators of the Path of Multiple Dimensions, offering personal and spiritual development programs in Brazil, England, Austria, and China, and a co-founder of the Conscious Capitalism Institute in Brazil.
