He graduated in Business Administration from the School of Engineering of Piracicaba, with an MBA in Strategic People Management from FGV (Fundação Getulio Vargas), and participated in Executive Programs HRSTO (Human Resources Strategy on Transforming Organization) at London Business School and also in the Business Psychodynamics program at Cogni MGR. He is also a board member of the NGOs: Instituto Fazendo História (https://www.fazendohistoria.org.br/nosso-time) and Instituto Serendipidade (https://www.serendipidade.org.br/nossa-equipe/), organizations aimed at caring for children in social vulnerability and people with disabilities.

A Senior HR Executive with extensive experience in local, regional, and global roles, Moisés developed his career in multinational organizations that are significant in their sectors such as General Motors, Unilever, Mondelez, Kimberly Clark, Novo Nordisk, and Coca Cola FEMSA. He worked in Brazil, England, and Mexico in key moments of these companies involving mergers, transformations, climate improvement, and accelerated growth.
